Retail Associate (284365)

Frederick based business has an immediate need to fill numerous retail associate positions. Associate will work retail floor, assisting customers, pricing items, and ensuring shelves and racks properly display merchandise. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Also seeking full-time and part-time Cashiers.

Sales Representative (283439)

Sales Representative will focus on new, business to business account development in Facility Services business. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and delivering a sales quota. Sales Representatives may also transport samples of products for presentations. Training is available, including product knowledge and development of company sales process.

Operator IV - Wastewater Treatment (284347)

The Plant Operator IV is required to learn and perform routine tasks (like monitor control panels and inspect machines and equipment) and necessary tests related to the processing of wastewater. Operator must have the flexibility to work varying 8-hour shifts which include night, weekend, and holiday work schedules; and must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision.

Possession of a Class B vehicle license or the ability to obtain one. Demonstrate the ability to accurately operate excavation equipment. Possession of a valid automobile operator’s license. Required availability for snow removal or other on-call emergency situations and/or other scheduled special events.

The job tip of the week deals with electronic resumes. "Many people are required to send electronic resumes now. There's lots of different ways to do that, but it's important for folks to know that electronic resumes are read by scanners. We have classes to help you make that resume look readable for scanners," said Holden.
