Front Desk Agent (273339)

The Front Desk Agent is a member of the Front Office team. S/he are responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.

Mechanical Technician (273361)

Candidate will be working with the Mechanical Engineer. This is an on the floor role working in the shop, at any area in the shop doing everything from changing light bulbs to changing oil, to troubleshooting equipment issues and repairing equipment. Applicants must have a proven mechanical background, strong communication skills, knowledge of OSHA rules/regs, be able to stand and work in a variety of positions as well as have great manual dexterity.

Applicant must have skills in building maintenance to include but not limited to HVAC & appliance repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping and apartment turnovers. The position requires the ability to work independently to perform routine and preventative maintenance, complete daily work orders and communicate well with the Property Manager and elderly residents. This is a first shift position with an on-call rotation.

It involves the provision of housing services and coordination of overall services for members including resource management. The candidate is expected, through training and experience, to exercise independent judgment with supervision by a Residential Rehabilitation Supervisor. Various shifts are available.

There's lots of different ways to do that, but it's important for folks to know that electronic resumes are read by scanners. We have classes to help you make that resume look readable for scanners," said Holden.
