Tower Foreman (295035)

Job Functions include: Oversee the daily operations at assigned sites; Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew; Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by the Project Manager; Schedule and manage subcontractors and materials delivery, and other management duties as assigned.

Tower Technician III (295042)

Responsibilities include: Climbing towers and ladders at various heights; Erection of various tower types; Off-loading material; Preparation and cleaning of sites; Installation of new carriers on new build and existing towers, and other duties as assigned.

Window Cleaners (294540)

Full and part time window cleaners for our operation in the Frederick / Hagerstown area. We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less - no high rises! Most work is performed from the ground with a pole although ladder work is also required. We also clean gutters, chandeliers and pressure wash. Family friendly work schedule. No experience necessary.

Production/Manufacturing positions (294553)

Mailroom, Print Operators, and Sorters needed for short and long term assignments at Thurmont, MD location. Must be able to carry parts up to twenty pounds and able to work actively for up to twelve (12) hours per day. Repeated bending, twisting, stooping up to twelve hours per day. Identifying parts, reading instructions, entering data and competing appropriate forms. Work in a production/manufacturing facility with temperature and humidity fluctuations (seasons, noise, and dust) and work around moving objects and/or vehicles. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

 

Mechanical Design Engineer (294642)

Frederick manufacturer is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer. Previous experience designing material handling systems in facilities is a plus. Must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion. Complete mechanical drawing packages for fabrication and field installations. Familiar with ANSI, ASME standards. Related education and/or experience required. Must have proficiency with AutoCAD

Remodeling Carpenter (294646)

Experienced carpenter for residential construction and remodeling project. Some experience with framing and finishing work is required. Ideal candidates have their own tools and have a strong work ethic. Must be clean and drug free with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Non-smoking work place.

Operational Manager (294396)
Provide leadership and oversight for coordination and implementation of the MHBE Connector Program specifically targeting those who have limited English proficiency or are difficult to reach populations. Conducting outreach and education to individuals and assist with application submission for initial eligibility determination and redetermination for Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC), cost sharing reduction (CSR), Maryland Medicaid and MCHP. Participate in ongoing collaboration with all necessary stakeholders.

Volunteer Coordinator (294400)

Develop program materials and policies, Recruit, train, supervise and recognize volunteers. Develop partnerships with local organizations and businesses to support their volunteer programs. Train key staff and/or volunteer leaders in the best practices of volunteer management. Volunteer coordinators receive a living allowance of $13,250, a post-service education award of $5,550, and health insurance if they are not already covered. They may also qualify for a child care allowance and student load forbearance.

Welder - Production Line (289500)

The role of Welder requires the ability to communicate effectively in English. It also requires the desire and ability to work together as part of a team. The physical requirements of this role are the ability to stand all day, lift up to 50 lbs independently, more with assistance, manual dexterity, and a tolerance for extreme swings in temperature (summer it's hot and in winter it's cold).

The job tip of the week deals with electronic resumes. "Many people are required to send electronic resumes now. There's lots of different ways to do that, but it's important for folks to know that electronic resumes are read by scanners. We have classes to help you make that resume look readable for scanners," said Holden.
