Janitorial/Housekeeping (320703)

Responsible for the cleanliness of the building including grounds and fixtures. Monitor building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment. Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents. clean surfaces including polish floors.

Computer Programmer (320721)

Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering application capability and limitation, analyze customer requirements and deliver product that meets customer desired results; using .NET, and SQL Server. The candidate must have a strong understanding of application architecture, interfaces, databases, computer equipment and other applications.

Cost Accountant (320726)

Responsibilities include performing balance sheet and expense account analysis, analyzing financial statements, and various accounting related tasks for large manufacturer.. Other duties will include financial analysis, preparation of special reports, providing recommendations on cost savings measures and controls, and working with other departments to translate financial data.

Environmental Technician-Entry Level (318524)

Inventory and Equipment Specialist (320741)

Inventory management, shipping coordination, delivery, pick-up, and refurbishing of laboratory equipment. Inventory management of scientific equipment Use of multiple computer systems Equipment pick-up and delivery via company truck(s), as necessary.

Laboratory Equipment Technician (320739)

Repair, service, calibrate and refurbish laboratory equipment. Additionally assume warehouse leadership duties over time. Repair lab equipment including incubators, centrifuges, microscopes, HPLCs, sequencers, balances, plate readers, spectrophotometers, and more.

Evaluation of newly received items. Assembly and disassembly of equipment including cleaning, refurbishing, trouble shooting and calibrating.

Laboratory Technician 5 - Virology (320516)

Will serve as a Laboratory Technician for the Entomology Department in the Virology Division. Provide biological science laboratory support and work with arthropods and rodents at Biological Safety Level 3 (BSL-3). Responsible for assessing and maintaining laboratory supplies according to normal branch procedures.

Outside Sales Representative (320116)

Candidate will consult with prospective clients and determine how our company’s suite of technology services can assist their organizations with the development, implementation of policy-compliant procedures to identify data-containing equipment, and how to manage this equipment and data throughout its life cycle.

Mechanic (320272)

Seeking a Mechanic with the ability to work on and fix small gas motors on go carts, electric motors bumper boats and willing to learn about other amusement rides. Need a self starter that follows direction and is willing to learn. Fridays and Saturdays are a must during busy season with two days off during the week. Knowledge of welding a big plus!
