The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office is continuing its investigation into a house fire in New Windsor on Christmas Eve.
Authorities say 75 fire fighters were called at 4:51 PM on Tuesday, December 24th, to 3500-A Hawks Hill Road, and spent an hour and a half bringing the flames under control. There were no injuries.
Damage to the house and its contents is estimated at $350,000. The Fire Marshal's Office says the cause remains under investigation.
The blaze started in a left rear section of the first floor of the two-story, wood frame home, where a lot of appliances are located, according to authorities.
