Lots of young people are heading back to college – and that means not only getting back to class … it means getting back to partying.
But watch your alcohol consumption. According to new research from the University of Illinois at Chicago, teens and young adults who binge drink in college could be increasing their risk of heart disease when they get older.
The study defined binge drinking as having five or more drinks within 2 hours for men, and four or more drinks within 2 hours for women. (UPI)
