Scientists believe that older adults who take an antioxidant packed pill could grow smarter.

Looks like there may be help for older adults with memory loss and other cognitive issues. There’s a pill that contains green tea and blueberry extracts along with amino acids and vitamin D3.

The University of Florida conducted a two-month test period where older adults were given the pills. Scientists found the patients had better memory skills, and both verbal ability, and executive functioning improved as well.

The findings were published in the journal of Rejuvenation Research.
